Cheese Onion Pakoda


Ingredients:

Onions finely chopped 2 nos.

Besan (Gram flour) 1 ½ cup

Grated cheese 1 cup

Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp.

Green chilies cut fine 3 nos.

Soda bicarb ½ tsp.

Oil for frying

Salt to taste

Method:

1.Make a thick batter with water and all the ingredients except the oil.

2.Heat the oil well and deep-fry spoonfuls of the batter.

3.Repeat the procedure till the batter is over.

4.Drain on paper.

5.Serve hot with tomato sauce
