Health Drink

This tomato, carrot and orange combination is rich in Vitamin A and hence good for the eyes.

Preparation Time : a few mins.
Cooking Time : Nil.
Makes 2 glasses.
Ingredients
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped

segments of 1 orange

a few drops lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar

salt and pepper to taste

crushed ice to serve

Method

1. Mix the tomatoes, carrot, orange, lemon juice, sugar and ½ cup of water and blend in a blender of obtain juice. Strain.

2. Add the salt and pepper.

3. Serve cold with crushed ice.
